Individual Psychotherapy

Couples Therapy

Relationships can be a source of both deep connection and deep stress. Couples therapy provides a supportive space to improve communication, repair ruptures, and rebuild closeness.

What to Expect:

  • Exploration of communication and conflict patterns

  • Emotionally attuned strategies to increase understanding and connection

  • Tools for navigating transitions such as parenting, fertility, or family-building

  • Guidance for strengthening rituals of connection and long-term resilience

Supervision for LMSWs

Connected Journeys also provides virtual clinical supervision for LMSWs working toward independent licensure.

Supervision blends case consultation, ethics, documentation quality, cultural humility, and leadership skill development. It’s a space designed not only to help you meet licensure requirements but also to anchor your professional identity and grow in confidence as a clinician.


Group Offerings (Coming Soon)

Sometimes the most powerful healing happens in community. Group therapy provides an opportunity to connect with others who share similar experiences and understand the challenges you’re facing.

Planned Groups Include:

  • Maternal Mental Health Support Groups – for mothers navigating postpartum adjustment, PMADs, or identity changes in motherhood

  • Fertility & Family-Building Support Groups – for individuals and couples navigating fertility stress, assisted reproduction, or third-party family-building journeys

  • Wellness Circles – culturally responsive spaces for women of color to explore identity, self-worth, and resilience in community
