Connected Journeys primarily operates as a private-pay practice and offers superbills for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We are currently in-network with UHC/Optum and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS).
Where do sessions take place?
All therapy sessions are provided via secure telehealth for clients located in Tennessee and Alabama.
What are your fees?
Rates are discussed during the consultation call and outlined in the intake paperwork. A Good Faith Estimate is available upon request.
What can I expect in the first session?
The first session focuses on understanding your goals, relevant history, and current concerns. Together, we’ll establish a plan that feels practical and supportive.
Do you offer sliding scale options?
A limited number of reduced-fee appointments may be available. Please inquire during your consultation.

Supervision includes structured learning goals, case consultation, documentation guidance, and professional development within a reflective, supportive environment.
