Where do sessions take place?
All therapy sessions are provided via secure telehealth for clients in Tennessee and Alabama.
What are your fees?
Rates are provided during the consult call and in the intake paperwork. A Good Faith Estimate is available upon request.
What can I expect in the first session?
We’ll discuss your goals, history, current stressors, and strengths. Together we’ll make a plan and identify practical next steps.
